Top Agent Network and Zillow Resolve Trade Secrets Dispute
Top Agent Network (TAN) is pleased to announce that it has resolved its trade secrets dispute with Zillow. TAN filed its lawsuit against Zillow in federal court in late 2014 alleging theft of its proprietary trade secrets related to Zillow’s launch of its “Coming Soon” feature. “The Parties have reached an amicable resolution,” said TAN’s CEO, David Faudman.
About Top Agent Network
Top Agent Network is the professional business network at the center of U.S. real estate in local markets. TAN captures and engages the verified top 10% producing real estate agents in markets throughout the United States– agents responsible for upwards of 90% of the homes sold in any given area. These agents exert tremendous influence over the many billions of dollars spent annually by their clients on residential real estate and related vendor services.
Through private online communities, member agents exchange valuable local real estate information that often includes listings unavailable on either the MLS or public real estate portals. TAN members share relevant information with their clients, helping those clients make confident and informed decisions as they buy and sell homes and allowing agents to sell more homes in less time.
