Ric Rocchiccioli - known throughout San Francisco as “RicRoc”, was named San Francisco’s Realtor of the Year, and was President of the San Francisco Association of Realtors in 2001. RicRoc has been deeply embedded in the local real estate community for 30 years – he knows the agents, the brokers, has a thorough knowledge of the diverse neighborhoods, their property values, and he knows how to develop a strategy in this market that will work for you as a buyer or seller.
Ric attributes his success to his primary goal – to provide personal and professional superior service to his “clients for life”. Raised in Virginia, he developed an appreciation for vintage architecture, and immediately fell in love with the city. Ric knows why everyone wants to live in San Francisco and has helped many buyers and sellers at all price ranges fulfill their dreams. Prior to real estate, Ric has fourteen years of public and private accounting background, a valuable resource for any real estate transaction. He is an alumnus of Golden Gate University where he was awarded the outstanding graduate in the accounting program in 1985.
Callista Shepherd Smith - Equipped with a can-do attitude focused on highest-outcome solutions, Callista offers wise counsel to Buyers and Sellers as they engage in the exciting but often stressful process of selling or buying a home in San Francisco. Callista is a real estate consultant dedicated to achieving your goals!
The daughter of an architect, with family in the building trades and residential and commercial real estate industry, you might say housing is in Callista’s blood. I have lived in many different San Francisco neighborhoods over the past 30 plus years that I have called San Francisco home – The Dogpatch Historic District on the Central Waterfront is home base now.
