Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage 25 E. Blithedale Ave. Mill Valley, CA 94941
I began working in real estate because I thought the experience could be improved. I like helping people, I like to build community, I love Marin County, and I am interested in how architecture and design can improve our lives. While real estate is about sales, you cannot push anybody to buy or sell a home. My clients are my neighbors, and I will see them and connect with them for years. I want them to be deliriously happy with their real estate transaction. I have represented wonderful clients and friends over the years and feel that working with a spirit of mutual respect results in the best outcome. The satisfaction of my clients is what drives me to work hard on every single transaction. I have found that if I am connected with my clients, I can make the real estate experience and outcome better for them. And if my clients are happy with my service, they refer me to their friends and family.
I am a graduate of the University of California in San Diego and a seasoned marketing and advertising veteran. I have been an owner-partner of an advertising and marketing agency, served as Director of Marketing at Lucasfilm Ltd. and at Prosound, Tokyo. I now use my strategic marketing abilities to promote clients and sell properties. I have proven expertise in property rehabilitation and remodeling and bring my developed aesthetics and fresh vision to every project.
I am a SRES Senior Specialist, HAFA Specialist, a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and the Marin Association of Realtors and have a deep-rooted knowledge of the Marin County real estate market.
Raised in Marin and living here with my family, I have valuable insights into the area’s neighborhoods, people, culture and amenities. As a mother, I have first-hand experience volunteering in the community’s schools, sports organizations and clubs. I currently serve as president of the board of trustees for the Schurig Center for Brain Injury Recovery. I studied fine art painting at CCAC and enjoy oil painting, hiking and swimming.
I have watched Marin change drastically over the decades, yet it is still considered a beautiful and desirable spot by people all over the world. My plan is to continue to build a community of people who want to stay here and will take care of Marin. The one thing that homeowners cannot buy is good neighbors, and they are invaluable in creating a happy home. I try to work with people who share my appreciation for the area, and I have been fortunate to work with so many nice people whom I know and respect.
