We’re sorry! And we’re on it! Our engineers are working to completely revamp the Non-MLS report feature—how you search, filter and share. The new version will be easier to use, faster and more useful to you.
In the meantime, here are some tips that will speed you on your way and avoid frustration as you pore over TAN’s database of Non-MLS listings.
- Be patient with Search or Report requests. The sheer volume of data in the TAN Non- and Pre-MLS Listings database means the network needs time to process your requests. After you click “Search” or “Download”, hang in there. Depending on the complexity of your search or report, it may take 15-20 seconds for your anticipated page to load.
- Trust that your “click” was heard. In our upcoming update, an icon will tell you that your request is being processed. Currently, you’ll have to take it on faith that, even when it looks like nothing’s happening, your results are forthcoming.
- Don’t click again! That starts the process all over again, which will only take you longer.
