San Francisco (7/10/12) – Top Agent Network (TAN), the private online business community for local top real estate agents, launched 2 new chapters in the Los Angeles area. The introduction of the Westside and San Fernando Valley chapters brings the total number of TAN chapters to 20. TAN has chapters flourishing on both coasts, and plans to launch chapters in Long Island, N.Y. and Boston, Mass. in the coming months.
Membership in Top Agent Network allows top-ranked real estate agents to share exclusive, Pre/Non-MLS real estate information via the network’s sophisticated online communications platform. The launch of Top Agent Network’s Westside and San Fernando Valley chapters is being supported by visionary, highest top-producing agents serving as local Charter Members.
Serving as Charter Member of TAN’s Westside LA chapter is Mauricio Umansky of The Agency in Beverly Hills. The Westside chapter covers the following MLS areas: Bel Air-Holmby Hills, Beverly Hills, Beverly Hills P.O., Brentwood, Marina Del Rey, Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, Sunset Strip-Hollywood Hills West, Venice and Westwood-Century City.
Jeff Biebuyck and Dana Olmes of Ewing & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty in Calabasas serve as TAN’s San Fernando Valley chapter Charter Members. This chapter covers the area within and around the rectangle formed by the Ronald Reagan, San Diego, Ventura and Moorpark Freeways.
Becoming a TAN member agent
To become a member, an agent must be in the top 10 percent of their TAN chapter geography based on past 24-month closed home sales. Typically this top 10 percent represents the buyer or seller in 3 out of 4 closed escrows.

Founder/CEO David Faudman has been in the top 1 percent of his market since 1991 and has served as an insightful industry source and subject matter expert in the real estate industry.
