San Francisco (3/27/13) – Top Agent Network (TAN), the private online business community for top real estate agents, will complete its Boston area rollout with the April 29 launch of its final three Boston chapters: North Shore, South Shore and Cape & The Islands.
Top Agent Network is the nation’s fastest growing, online networking community for top agents. TAN connects members with all their top 10% local peers—across all brokerages—giving unparalleled ease, transparency and efficiency to the Pre- and Non-MLS networking top agents traditionally have done by phone and word-of-mouth.
TAN serves a unique function among the online tools currently available to Boston’s Shore and Island real estate agents (MLSPIN and LINK). Members use TAN far earlier in the listing cycle and for more than just listings. For example, a member may use TAN to announce a listing’s eventual availability immediately upon hearing the client’s decision to sell, thereby giving the property valuable exposure while it is being prepared for listing and showing. Members also post on TAN to seek properties for their motivated buyers—crucial in today’s low inventory environment—and to get service provider recommendations, referrals to agents in other areas, pricing help and answers to their clients’ tough questions. TAN is a members-only website, used by only the top 10 percent agents in local chapters based on past two-year MLS sales. The top 10 percent producing agents are typically involved in 3 out of 4 closed home sales in their respective market areas, thus TAN effectively captures the bulk of real estate activity in each region. TAN performs strict qualification analyses before inviting an agent to membership. Because of this strict verification policy, TAN members also use their memberships to distinguish themselves to clients.
Top Agent Network is already proving itself to be a valuable resource in the Boston-area chapters where it has recently launched.
