As Founder and CEO of Top Agent Network, it is my job to lead the company. That means making things happen. I’ve learned from experience that if you loudly announce your goals to others, you are much more likely to accomplish them.
So here are TAN’s big goals for 2013:
1. Continue to attract top producing agents and add new TAN chapters. 2000 members currently belong to TAN’s 18 chapters in California, Washington D.C. Metro and Arizona. We are launching 9 new chapters in early 2013 in the metropolitan Boston region. Many more chapters are planned for launch across the country soon after. See Membership Directories.
2. Help members make more sales. This includes increasing the post quality and frequency for Non-MLS Listings, Motivated Buyers and Service Provider Needs. Plus, we want to assist agents in using their TAN membership to attract and impress clients. To accomplish these objectives, TAN is launching a new system which delivers customized prompts to members at just the right moment.
3. Explore new membership plan choices. This includes a Premium Plan, and a Free Plan. The Premium plan differentiates members on the public-facing Member Directory to help them attract more clients. It also lets members view unabbreviated Non-MLS listing content and contact information. In addition, Premium members can access TAN chapters and posts outside of one’s home chapter.
4. Recommend service providers. Top producing agents know the best real estate service providers in their area. TAN will organize and present these providers–from contractors to lenders–so members and their clients can get the best deals and service.
These goals reflect what Top Agent Network members have told us they want from their TAN network.
