TAN Acquires SF Top Producers
Private real estate networks merge
San Francisco, CA. (October 28, 2009) – Top Agent Network, Inc. announced today that they will be acquiring SF Top Producers. The one-year-old SF Top Producers, founded by Payton Stiewe, will be folded into the Top Agent Network.
Having successfully operated Top Agent Network (TAN) in Marin County since 1995, company founder and CEO David Faudman launched a San Francisco chapter this past summer as part of a nationwide expansion. “Payton built SF Top Producers as the first private networking site for San Francisco’s top-ranking Realtors, and it made perfect sense to combine it with our San Francisco chapter,” said Faudman.
Stiewe, a top-producing agent himself at Sotheby’s International Realty, will stay on as an advisor to TAN.
“Payton is a tremendous resource for us and we’re delighted to have his real estate and technology expertise as an asset for our business,” Faudman said. Before joining Sotheby’s in 2001, Stiewe handled business development for GoToMyPC (Citrix), Evite (CitySearch) and When.com (AOL). David Faudman is also the CEO and Founder of CleanOffer.com and a top-producing Realtor.
SF Top Producers reaches the top 150 selling agents in San Francisco with a private communications technology. The service is a paid membership and available by invitation only. Similarly, Top Agent Network is a private online business community for the best agents in each market.
